These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all orders and to any written contract, unless agreed otherwise in writing between the parties prior to placing orders. Customers are encouraged to please read all the terms and conditions prior to placing orders or before deliveries. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders are to be inspected by customers prior to accepting deliveries and signed to confirm good condition of orders, as no responsibility would be accepted after. Once deliveries are taken in/accepted, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their end users are made aware of purchased goods, their nature and any related matters, such as fabrication and installation.
The ownership of all goods supplied will remain under Vnox Stone until payment in full is received in cleared funds.

Orders must be placed/confirmed via email, specifying quantity, colour, thickness and any special requirements. Vnox Stone may refuse to accept an order and/or deliver, if:
– Goods are out of stock or discontinued.
– Lack of cleared funds.
– Other reasons at our sole discretion

WARNING
1. Vnox Stone can provide detailed information on request in relation to appropriate applications, installations and maintenance of its products. Failure to comply with these guidelines, may void warranties.
• Warranties only apply to the original purchaser and the first installation
• The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by installation or fabrication errors. The product must be installed following the appropriate installation instructions using approved accessories and qualified fitters where applicable. Installation and fabrication defects are not covered under the warranty.

2. Vnox Stone reserves the right to reject honouring warranty in the event of ; unpaid orders, any failure, defect or damage, connected with misuse, all types of abuse, scratches, Chemical misuse, water marks, limesclae, neglect or improper handling or storage.
3. Use of product: Quartz are mainly designed for indoor use, kitchen worktops and bathroom.
Risk: There is no risk associated with Vnox Stone Ltd products to the end user, however during manufacturing and installation of the product it is necessary to consider the following information.
4. Don’t cut a right angle directly as you risk to crack the slab. Drill a hole before the cutting. Warranty will not cover the these cracks.
5. Cracks in the surface after installation. Cracks in the end product shall not be considered an indication of defective material. The main causes of cracking are improper movement of the material, direct application of heat to the surface, excessive weight placed on the surface or the result of bumping the material after installation
-so any overhang over 300mm will not be covered under warranty
MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION
It is recommended to manufacture this product by using manufacturing methods that involves the use of water to avoid the creation of dust, dust caused from manufacturing contains silica. Long term exposure to the dust without wearing correct PPE (Dust Mask, Goggles, Etc.) can cause serious health problems such as the deterioration of lung diseases such as Silicosis, bronchitis, emphysema.
